When we established TSW Comsat many years ago we encountered lots of problems when trying to obtain trade accounts. Many of the large suppliers and manufacturers required trade references from existing trade suppliers.
This is the old problem of the chicken and the egg as you cannot get a trade account without having a trade account.
We established the TSW Comsat Business2Business account to enable smaller trade customers to still take advantage of the trade discount but without the need to carry stock.
How It Works.
Business2Businnes accounts are just like normal account on TSW Comsat Sales but are only available to trade customers. A trade customer will have to provide details of their trading address. We will require you to forward a copy of the company letterhead and one proof of trade. (utility bill or similar)
All accounts are on a pro-forma basis and must be paid in full at the point of purchase (checkout).
When we are satisfied that you are indeed a Business that qualifies for the scheme, we will upgrade your account so that you may see the trade prices on the website.
How to Apply.
It is simple to apply for the scheme.
Just complete the registration on the website or click here.
Send in a copy of your business letterhead and other proof as above.
We will review your account and should have everything ready to go within a couple of days. If you need the account urgently, we can rush this process through if you email everything and call us on 0800 689 9028 option 2 for Trade
What we do for you.
When you go onto the TSW Comsat website and place your order, we will send your purchase to you or your customer direct.
All delivery notes are free from logos and branding if requested.
Your products will be sent to your customer within 2-3 working days.
We do not bill your card until your goods are issued.
If an item is out of stock we will contact you and offer and alternative or refund.
