The MULTI XS 25000 is a powerful unit for 12V batteries that require rapid charging: in boats, vehicles and workshops.
It has identical performance characteristics to C8608 but has no external controls. It’s intended for use as a permanently mounted charger in vehicles when no user control is required.
With built-in functions that constantly analyse the state of the battery - including temperature sensing - the MULTI XS 25000 is recommended for use with any type of lead-acid battery with a capacity of up to 500Ah. Like all CTEK chargers, it can be used with any type of lead acid battery including gel and AGM types. Its unique multi-stage charging characteristics ensure that any battery will be charged to its maximum potential: even partially sulphated batteries can usually be revived by the CTEK’s "pulsing" feature.
In addition to its charging capabilities, the 25000 can also be used as a power supply when 230V AC is available.
Like all models in the CTEK range, it can be safely left connected indefinitely to ensure that a battery is in peak condition when it’s needed. It is completely safe and can even be left out in the rain.
