MobilSat is a system which is designed to receive satellite transmissions for vehicles while cruising. With the motion detection sensors and advanced microcontroller, system detects the movements of the vehicle and holds the dish position stable by controlling its two-axis step motors.
It finds the satellite in less than 10 seconds and starts to track it. In case of the physical obstacles like tunnel or bridge which prevent the transmission to arrive to dish, system keeps its position for a while and expects the transmission to appear again. As the vehicle parks it automatically goes into sleep mode.
